Namco Bandai, Capcom, and Sega's Project X Zone Revealed

Rumors have been abounding for a while about a major crossover game for 3DS featuring a collaboration between Namco Bandai, Capcom, and Sega, and now thanks to Famitsu magazine, the game stands revealed. Say hello to Project X Zone (pronounced "Project Cross Zone").

Although not immediately apparent from the revealed screenshots, the game is actually a strategy RPG and not a fighter, and will feature characters from each of the three publishers' catalogs. Apparently the characters will team up in pairs for fighting scenes as indicated by the screens.

Would you be interested in playing Project X Zone if it comes to Western territories?

That's Yuri and Estelle and Kite for you baka gaijin

The Capcom troll in me can't help but notice that a version of Mega Man was deemed popular enough to be in this game...

I believe that list of names is actually the Japanese version, not American, since the info came from Adriasang (a site that sources Japanese material). So if there are any mistakes on the names, well...that's why. :P
If the original Namco x Capcom and Idea Factory crossover games (Chaos Wars, Cross Edge, and Trinity Universe, though Universe wasn't too bad, not good, but not bad.) taught me anything is that no matter how cool the crossover you shouldn't expect much out of the actual game.

While I really doubt this would get published (like Namco x Capcom, mainly because it would be a publishing nightmare and NIS would probably be the only publisher brave enough to bring it over...but I doubt even they would get a hold of it), if it did somehow get localized and by somebody like Sega, I'm not going to lie and say I wouldn't feel more than a bit offended especially since we haven't seen Valkyria Chronicles 3 brought over yet (which this game cameos 2 characters from 3, so that would be like salt on a wound).... yes, I'll find an excuse to continue to bring up how I want VC3 until I finally crack and import it in a couple of months, but Sega, I'm hopin'!
Pretty excited about this game and I thought for Valkyria Chronicles it would be someone from the first or second game. Don't know much about 3, but yeah hope they bring it over here. Anyways played most of theses companies' games. Vesperia was the first RPG played on the new generation consoles too.
Will most likely NOT be released outside Japan. It looks fun, though.
Omg I'm sorry this looks stupid as hell.

Reminds me of some other Japanese Namco game that was like this with Rival Schools characters and Street Fighter. The only cool part I remember is this
