Nintendo Announces 3DS XL For Release In August

UPDATE: Various sites are reporting that the 3DS XL will include an AC adapter after all.NOA President Reggie Fils-Aime revealed in a Nintendo Direct presentation earlier tonight that a hardware refresh is on the way for 3DS, and much like the larger version of the DS, it'll be called the 3DS XL.
Among its features are larger screens; the top screen in particular will be 4.88 inches, giving a 90% increase in size over the previous iteration, and the touch screen will be 4.18 inches.
Another long awaited addition will be increased battery length, which is said to last between 3.5 and 6.5 hours. Also included will be a 4GB SD card. The XL

On a serious note, I'm going to pass. My original 3DS is plenty big enough for me to enjoy my stuff.
You can transfer all your downloadable games, etc up to 4 times i believe. But much like 905 said, you need 2 systems to do it.
