Become the Ultimate Magician with Ni no Kuni's Wizard's Edition

It was confirmed earlier today that Europe would be getting a special edition of Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch, officially called the "Wizard's Edition". But fear not, fellow North Americans, because we'll also be getting the same special edition that comes with some incredible goodies.

The most noteworthy item that is packaged in the Wizard's Edition is the 300+ page hardcover physical copy of the Wizard's Companion. This book, which also comes digitally with every copy of the game, is absolutely vital to protagonist, Oliver, throughout his journey. This fullcolor book contains a bestiary, item descriptions, spells, and the history of the world in Ni no Kuni.

The Ni no Kuni Wizard's Edition also comes with an adorable little doll of Oliver's companion, Drippy, and Golden Drongo and Golden Mite DLC familiars. All of this, and the game, will be packaged in a special box.

This special edition goes for $100 and is a limited-run Club Namco exclusive. Both the Wizard's Edition and standard edition will be releasing January 22, 2013.
