Physical Release for Class of Heroes 2 Gets Another Chance

Class of Heroes 2 Gaijinworks PSP MonkeyPaw PSN Sony

Last March, MonkeyPaw and Gaijinworks tried to raise enough funds for a physical release of Class of Heroes 2 through Kickstarter. Unfortunately, it failed miserably. Almost a year later, it looks like the two companies still wish to offer us a physical edition and have conjured up a plan.

In order for Class of Heroes 2 to get its physical release (which also comes with a digital download code), it needs to pre-sell at least 2,500 copies. To gauge interest, you must sign the form on Gaijinworks' website with the intent that you will be purchasing a copy. If that number is met, you will receive an email with an ordering link through Amazon Payments.

Supporters of the original Kickstarter project will also receive a UMD with special art that's different from the standard run.

Class of Heroes 2 currently does not have a release date. The digital version will be available for $25, while the physical+digital combo version will go for $35, should this all work out.

Are you going to pledge to pre-order a physical copy of Class of Heroes 2?

In for one :D
I'm in for one as well.
I don't have a PSP, so I might just check out the digital release. If I did have a PSP though, I would definitely buy a copy, since it seems like one of those games that, once it's gone, it's gone, and then people will start selling it for insane prices online. :\

Yeah, that's why I'm tempted to get a physical copy for myself even though I'm not particularly interested in the game itself rofl.

Several reasons for me

1. It's only $35 and you get a SIGNED, really nice physical edition of the game. Full colour manual etc.

2. You get the digital version as well so you can play it on your Vita if you so wish as well (Which I'd probably do)

3. I love the fact they're doing this and want to support them for doing so. I hope it doesn't fail like their Kickstarter...
