Make it Quiet, Make it Bloody - Dishonored Lets You do Both

The supernatural Gothic-Steampunk thriller Dishonored touts an expansive battle system that allows for a great deal of freedom when it comes to dealing with foes. Do you take the path of a ghost and leave no trace of yourself behind? Or do you go through the level like a vengeful angel wrecking havoc and death upon any of cross your path? The beauty of Dishonored is it allows for both ways.

In the recent release of new demo footage, the folks at the development team take us through a level of the game where you're tasked with taking out some corrupt brothers who are holed up in a fancy socialite club called the "Golden Cat." They set up two playthroughs: the first is quiet and clean, the other loud and messy.

Nice and Quiet

Not so Quiet (and certainly not Nice)

The game is slated for a Winter release and so far, it keeps looking better and better.
