Did you know that the recently released Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD has been downloaded 140,000 already? Apparently that's enough to consider it a success (especially considering how much they saved by not having to produce retail copies), and now Robomodo head honcho Josh Tsui has told Gamasutra that the early success will eventually lead to a fuller game.
Tsui noted that by making the game lower risk, they were able to take some chances that ultimately benefited the developer as well as the publisher. Now he believes the prospect of a "fuller game" is definitely on the table, it's just a matter of how and when.
In the meantime, Robomodo will be focusing on porting the game to the PS3 and PC as well as developing Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3-centric DLC. Time will tell if we'll see another full-sized Tony Hawk game, but if Robomodo thinks the prospects are good, then there's a good bet that we'll see the Birdman on our consoles once again.
