In a Nintendo Direct intended for Japan last night, the company announced that two beloved Game Boy Color games - The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons and The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages - will be coming to the 3DS's virtual console soon in Japan.
Unfortunately, the wait will be a little longer for those of us not in the land of the rising Sun. Zelda series overseer and producer Eiji Aonuma took to Miiverse to let fans know that it would take a little longer for the game to be released in other territories and asked for the fans to "please be patient until both games are ready for release."
At least we know they're coming now, right? In any event, it's possible we may hear more in future Nintendo Directs for North America and Europe or Nintendo might be holding the announcement for E3.
When do you think the Oracle games will be coming to Western territories?
