To Participate:
Starting August 22, 2008, register at (Register Now!) and post on the Forums. All forum posts and threads that were created from the start of Sweepstakes (August 22, 2008) to the end of the Sweepstakes (November 30, 2008) are counted as entries for the post creator in the drawing. Current members' posts prior to August 22nd are not counted for the Sweepstakes. All new posts and threads are subject to follow the Terms of Use and administrators of Game Podunk reserve all the right to delete posts that fail to follow the Terms of Use. All entries must be submitted by 11:59PM PST on November 30, 2008. No purchase necessary to enter or win.

Winner Selection:
On or about December 5, 2008, one (1) grand prize winner, two (2) runner up winners, and two hundred fifty (250) winners will be selected by random drawings from all eligible entries received prior to 11:59PM PST on November 30, 2008, by the Sponsors. The winner will be notified by email, mail and/or telephone at Sponsor's sole discretion. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. All winners will receive their prizes within five (5) weeks after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes. If winners do not respond to the notifications either by email, phone, or mail within one (1) week, another winner will be selected from the drawings.

General Conditions:
All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winners. By participating, entrants agree (a) to these rules and decisions of the Sponsor and judges which shall be final in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) to release and hold harmless GamePodunk.com, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees and representatives from any and all liability, for any damages, injuries or losses of any kind to persons and property, arising directly or indirectly from the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prizes or participation in the Sweepstakes. Any prize or prize notification returned as undeliverable will be forfeited and awarded to an alternative winner. No prize transfer or cash redemption is permitted, but Sponsor reserves the right, in the event of product unavailability, to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value.

Disputes:
Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded, other than the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Southern District of California or the appropriate California State Court; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.
