Community Status Updates

Huh. So I'm trying to do one of these Blog things just for the heck of it (on this site I mean)....and it's being sort of odd. I have a full article ready, but every time I preview it no matter what, it's always double spaced. Is it always like that by default, and is there any way to fix it/make it single spaced?

I was able to get it to (finally!) work after a lot of tinkering around and using what you said about uncentering all of my text. Thanks for the help! ;)
