Jason Clement posted a article in Industry NewsToday, the floodgates opened with a flurry of pretty interesting (and some might say controversial) announcements, not the least of which included new information on some of the RPGs Nintendo is bringing to 3DS throughout the year. Read on all about it below! The Witness's price is revealed Yesterday we found out that The Witness might not be coming to Xbox One, and today they finally revealed the price: a cool $40. The price point was just a bit (okay, a lot) more than some people expected, leading to some sharp backlash from gamers on Twitter. However, the game's creator, Jonathan Blow, was quick to retort with the fact that the pricing news was so popular that it shut down the game's website and that The Witness shot into Steam's top-selling games right after the announcement was made. Newest Humble Bundle Offers Firaxis Games Ever wanted a number of Firaxis' games but never got around to buying them? Boy, do we have a bundle for you. In the newest Humble Bundle, you can get big Firaxis hits like X-Com: Enemy Unknown, Sid Meier's Pirates!, Ace Patrol Bundle, and Civilization III Complete all for as low as $1. Beat the average to get other games like Civilization IV Complete, Civilization V, Sid Meier's Starships, and X-Com: Enemy Within. Finally, if you pay $15, you'll get all of the above plus Civilization: Beyond Earth and some of its DLC. Not a bad bundle, I must say. You can check out the Humble Bundle here. More Marvel Disney Infinity Figures Coming Star Wars may have largely taken over Disney Infinity 3.0, but Disney still has some new Marvel figures on their way. First off is the Marvel Battlegrounds playset, featuring a new Captain America figure that hews closer to Chris Evans character from the upcoming Captain America: Civil War film. The price might be a bit tough to swallow on this one given that it only comes with one figure; it will retail for $30 and release on March 15th. Also recently leaked are figures for Black Suit Spider-Man, Vision, Ant-Man, and Black Panther (the latter two look pretty sweet if I do say so myself). No official news on this just yet, but rumor has it they may release on March 15th as well. Jordan Haygood posted a article in Industry NewsIf you're familiar with Sid Meier's Civilization V, you may also be familiar with the game's lead designer Jon Shafer. Well, it appears that this same man has just announced the creation of his own Michigan-based independent game studio Conifer Games. The company's first title is known as "Jon Shafer's At the Gates," and is currently trying to gain $40,000 on Kickstarter by March 8. Much like the game he worked on before, At the Gates is a turn-based strategy game. The game is set during the final days of the Roman Empire, and players will play the role of a barbarian leader as they lead their tribe in an attempt to seize power. But not only will players be fighting whole nations, but the environment itself is also an obstacle to overcome. Shafer said in his Kickstarter video, "I really believe that At the Gates is pretty important for the future of strategy gaming. Not because it's going to be a humongous title that sells millions of copies, but because it shows that smaller titles can still have the same amount of depth as much bigger and more expensive games." Conifer Games will release At the Gates on PC sometime next year, given that the Kickstarter can raise its $40,000 milestone by March 8. Does this game sound interesting? Why not help out?
