"People of the Capital Wasteland, it is I, Three Dog, your ruler! Hear me, and obey! Oh sorry, that's that other radio station." Anyone who has played the game Fallout 3 has probably listened to Galaxy News Radio quite a bit, and with it, its hilariously-cool DJ Three Dog. Earlier today, Three Dog's own voice actor Erik Todd Dellums (making this a completely legitimate source) gave pretty strong hints at an upcoming entry to the Fallout series, and one with Three Dog's return, no less. In a recent tweet, Dellums said "there may be more of the Dog coming! Fingers crossed!" Sure, this tweet isn't the most solid of hints, but his next one certainly added more weight to that statement. "I was given permission to release that tease," he tweeted. Since Three Dog only appeared in Bethesda Softworks' Fallout 3 and not in Obsidian Entertainment's Fallout: New Vegas, this "permission" Dellums got may very well be from Bethesda, who could actually be working on, or at least planning, a Fallout 4. We'll have to wait and see what Three Dog's hint becomes, but with signs pointing toward a Fallout 4, hopefully we hear about it in the near future. Do you think Bethesda might announce a Fallout 4 sometime soon? Are you excited at a possible Three Dog return?

Obsidian Fantasy RPG, 'Project Eternity,' is Inspired by Baldur's Gate
Marshall Henderson posted a article in Industry News
The spirit of the CRPG is alive and well at Obsidian, but apparently no one there wants to fund it. Instead, "Project Destiny" has taken its show on the road to Kickstarter. Obsidian has a new game in the works, currently under the project name of "Project Destiny," which draws its inspiration from classic CRPGs, such as Baldur's Gate, Planescape: Torment, and Icewind Dale. Surely you've heard of them. Those inspirations aren't coming from nowhere; industry RPG vets Chris Avellone, Josh Sawyer, and Tim Cain are there. If the names don't sound familiar, you may be familiar with some games they've worked on, including the original Icewind Dale series, Fallout, its sequel, and New Vegas, and Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II. Yeah, that's the pedigree we're talking. Of course, this will only come to fruition with some dough-re-mi backing it, and they say that traditional methods have failed, so we're back to where Kickstarter comes in. At more than $280,000 out of their $1.1 million goal, things are trucking along pretty well, especially since there are still 32 days to contribute. Some backer rewards include things like in-game items, a cloth map, digital and physical copies of the game, a hard-cover collector's book for the game, and some other stuff. What should we expect? Obsidian suggests that "Project Eternity will take the central hero, memorable companions and the epic exploration of Baldur“s Gate, add in the fun, intense combat and dungeon diving of Icewind Dale, and tie it all together with the emotional writing and mature thematic exploration of Planescape: Torment." If that sounds like your bag, hey, you can take part in making it happen. If anyone can create that game, they're probably the people to do it.-
