Hey everyone this is the first of I hope many posts. I've been checking out the site and it seems like a great community. My name is Laddie (silly Irish family). Don't let the non gender specific name fool you, I'm a girl. I think I was born with a controller in hand. I game on multiple platforms but my heart truly belongs to Sony. I write things for a website called Don't Hate The Geek and I'm also community moderator at Respawn Entertainment's forums. Well that's a brief introduction to me now I'm looking forward to getting to know some of you guys.

I checked out both sites that you referenced and read a few of the articles; pretty cool stuff! Have you been writing for a while now? And I almost forgot that Respawn Entertainment is Jason West's and Vince Zampella's new studio; nice! Looks like there is a pretty healthy community growing there.

Jason, writing has always been a hobby and I just sort of fell in with the guys at don't hate the geek. We have a great little community at Respawn that's slowly growing, I suspect once Vince and Jason start talking about what it is they are working on it will take off immensely.

TYLERxDURDEN I'd say my favorite Sony franchise hands down has to be a tie between God Of War and Uncharted. I'm also a big fan of Resistance and Killzone but there's been so many great franchises from Sony I could go on all day. Yes I have a Vita, I love it.

Hi laddie and welcome to GP! I am going to assume your avatar is a picture-perfect rendition of you in real life. Mine definitely is.

Everybody always talks about joining chat, and sometimes it is kind of interesting but I myself have neglected to do so in a long time. I always feel tethered to the computer. If I could wear a headset and speak, then that would be a different story -- might be in there more often.

Thanks. I do enjoy the nice and interesting community here at GP. It's really refreshing to come here and be able to talk about games with like minded people who are intelligent and not constantly talking about COD or arguing about consoles. Kudos to all at GP for creating such an awesome and informative website and building by far one of the best communities for gamers.
