Right off the heels of the huge Pokemon Black and White sequels, yet another high caliber DS title makes its arrival.

Devil Survivor 2, sequel to what many laud as one of the finest RPGs on the DS, has already garnered some high praise from other critics on the internet.

Building off from the last game Devil Survivor 2 adds more demons to fight and fuse with, a huge cast of characters with whom you can interact with via a Persona-esque social link system, and noticeably higher production value over the last game.

With this much going for it at first blush, how will it stand up to other prying eyes? Expect Gamepodunk's in-depth review in the next coming weeks!

I really want Devil Survivor 2 but I'm wondering if they'll end up making a 3DS version of the game. I might wait a little while and see what happens. I picked up the first game for the 3DS but haven't played it yet.

Do yourself a favor and get on that ASAP, the story is well done and the multiple arcs are all quite awesome.

I may be playing it right now (Yay, amazon actually fulfilled release date shipping), I may have made it apparent that I'm addicted to the game in chat (I loved the original, so no surprise). I felt like I was the only one who cared about the game, but at least I know Dominic understands why people should care /man tears. It reminds me why I prefer handheld JRPGs over their console counterparts this gen *nods*.
