Is there any difference in the EU version? Will it play fine on my ps3? If nothing is different and it plays fine I'll just try to order an EU version.

Well, the PS3 can play any region games. So if you're worried about it playing, it's nothing to worry about. But in terms of like game play differences, I don't believe there are any. But don't quote me on that. That's just me going on assumption on that part.

The NA/EU versions of games are always going to be exactly the same save for maybe the EU version having more languages depending on where you buy it.

Glad to see the game making to the West, but really wanting a physical copy, so I might just end up importing it from EU.

I'm really interested in this game although I haven't watched or read One Piece much. Last game related to anime series was Bleach on the Wii. It's been a while since I've played a game based on anime. I did try out that Naruto Generations demo. It was fun.

Oh okay, well if that is the case I will just buy an EU version. I guess I'll have to look at amazon to see if they have one.

I have to agree. I didn't know US version doesn't have a physical copy. I don't have room in my HDD so this would be the first game I ever imported if I plan to get it. So it's safe to play imported/region free games on my original fat BC PS3?

Actually I think my lbp version isn't NA, but was EU. And that played fine. It even worked when I went online. I have an 80gb fat ps3. So I think it should work on your too.
