I don't know about you guys but the entire Dragonball series was the only one that I really got into. I remember waiting each week, to go to EB games with my old brother just to buy the newest episodes. We'd split the cost of the videos, go home and watch them right away. I was in love with the series as kid and thought it was so amazing.

I really liked all of Dragonball through Dragonball Z - though I feel like the show declined in the the GT series. For me everything was extremely well done up until GT. The music added so much depth to the show for me as well, I can still picture Goku going SS3 on earth for the first time (infront of Fat Buu) and the music queing in perfectly. Or android 16 (I believe), telling Gohan to let it all go and then Gohan snaps and the intensity of the music was great as well. Also, themes like Kid Buu's or Pikon's were great too! I still listen to the music from time to time

I loved the ascenions and the characters and Gohan was my absolute favorite character when he was a kid, going SS2 on Perfect Form cell was so epic! But somehow they ruined his character as an older teen, I associated it with him becoming a bookworm and less of a badass. The running joke between my brother and friends was that Gohan put on his glasses and lost all his power (yes it's not very funny - but in the context of the jokes we used to make it was to us!)

Anyways, I feel like in GT they got lazy and every big fight was just Kamehameha and that's it, it just lost the pizazz to me. Also, I noticed the change in style of music, which I didn't like either. Other than how SSJ4 looked I wasn't really impressed with GT, but loved everything else!

I'm just curious did any of you like the DBZ series as much, as little, not at all, hated it or anywhere inbetween?! Explain below

DBZ seems amazing until you watch other anime. You realize just how drawn out the storylines are and how shallow the dialogue is.

I have to agree with you there. I don't mind watching DBZ from time to time, but there are other anime series out there that absolutely destroy it when it comes to quality of story and dialogue.

I remember hating DBZ when I was younger for some reason, until I actually watched it. Then it became one of my all-time favorites, and even to this day I watch the show. In fact, I just finished watching Dragon Ball Z Kai, and it made me feel good.

I love DBZ. I would have to say the Cell Saga was by far the best story arc in the show.

When I used to play the custom maps in Warcraft: The Frozen Throne, I would spend half the time playing DOTA maps, the other half I spent playing DBZ maps and they were quite fun! They had the sounds when you went Super Saiyan and the ground shook and crumbled and everything! I found those to be a lot more fun than the terrible fighting games they've released for the DBZ series.

I always wanted a DBZ MMO (They have one in Korea I think called DB Online but we can't play that yet) or an open world adventure game for the console. Where you can play through the saga's and such, those would be great games!

DBZ, oh my childhood. I remember always going home after school and making sure I am free to watch dbz from 5-6? Of course every day was more of goku half naked yelling and hearing vegeta cry "omg kararote (sorry for the bad spell), you have become a super sayian" when in fact he never have. It was so good. But if you think about it now, so many holes in the anime. But that I can let slide, it isn't like all manga or anime are loophole free. Some of the greatest moment I recalled was when mystic gohan came down and was telling buu, I'm here to kick your @ss. Or how when goku showed buu all 3 of his super sayian form. I love it when he goes, and this is what I call super sayian 3. So epic.

Heck yeah! Toonami days FTW! I cannot get enough DBZ. If it's on TV, gotta see it!
