Already got it, really like the idea behind GoG but I prefer just using Steam for everything. Makes it much easier to have everything in one place. That said I do have a few games on my GoG account and on my Gamersgate account.
I personally think steam is better. I don't have my own steam account or anything, but my friend let me use his account if I like. I seen it and it is nice where you can just download it as you like from anywhere. The prices are amazing too. I'm just glad that GoG gave this out free because I been wanting to play fallout 1 and 2 before I play fallout 3. So this is an excellent way for me to play it in the summer. I'm guessing I'll need a GoG client to play the game? I saw it has it own download manager for faster download. I got the game but didn't download it yet as my pc at home isn't up and running yet. Or is it just a straight download and install and the game are just on the GoG account.

Still, I now have a free copy of Fallout 1 for myself and all of my friends who I directed to GoG.com yesterday, and I still have my gift copy to give away somewhere.
Pretty sweet I'd say, and the game's a classic.

Feel free to add me on Steam at http://www.steamcomm....com/id/drpixel if you just want to chat or need a friend. Please mention that you're from here though, because I usually don't accept requests from random people, which seems to happen to me a lot. ![]()

No client. Just download, install, and go.
That's good then, I'll download and install it once I finishes up school and start rotation this summer.
@Drpixel: you can make it a giveaway contest here so that Darklurk can try and win it

I actually own the disc version of the game which I still own after 15 years by the way and I immediately added this free game from Gog.com as soon as I saw it on twitter so I'm all good. I just need to go back and replay the game since it's been so long that I forgot how amazing this game is after all these years.
do you have the second game as well?

I grabbed the free game for the extras since I have 1, 2, and Tactics on disc.
That was a really nice surprise for me. Getting the extra free games. This site is awesome. Also, I found out that you get extra stuff with the game and that is always a plus in my mind.
