Ok, Geoff Knighley tweeted that him and his boys at Gametrailers TV will be airing some exclusive of Sony's this coming week. And according to them, the game is huge.

So, any guesses on what this "huge" game will be?

Current speculation is that it's PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale, as Sony just registered a domain for it.

I really hope not, because that's just about the stupidest name in the world.

Yeah, I'd almost wish they would have gone with "Title Fight" instead. "Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale" just sounds too generic for my tastes.

I think if anything at least take out the word "playstation." I don't see what was wrong with title fight.

Well just maybe a selling factor? You are right if you like the game and been looking forward to it, it shouldn't matter. But anyone else that doesn't know much on it, maybe an attractive title would help get their attention and help the sales.

That's a good point. I was getting it regardless of the name anyway. But for the sake of marketing, a more "come and get me" sounding name would have been better.

I agree the name is not the best but it should be awesome. I hope the stages will be cool at least. It's a shame some people on other sites are already judging it without seeing anything about it yet just from seeing the title.

I hope it plays to be like smash bros. I felt that every game we played was different. How we kill someone or survive, or the randomness involved. It was an amazing experience each time and tons of laughter.

I saw Game Trailers TV and looks like you got wish. It looks very close/reminds me a bit of smash bros brawl (Some of the moves and animations look very familiar) but they also added special moves with levels(Level 3 reminds me a bit of the Smash Ball Special moves) . I wonder if someone from Nintendo is working with them. On another note, the Little Big Planet level, Buzz appears to quiz you; they said it is your best interest to answer. Characters showcased was Fat Princess, Kratos, Sweet Tooth, Sly Cooper, PaRappa the Rapper & Radec from Killzone. The game will have the same name as the rumor, Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale and will be released this holiday season.

Yea man, the multiplayer definitely reminds me of smash bro and how crazy it can get. Sometimes I can't even tell where my characters are. I get lost and I'll be looking to the right and my character is actually getting beaten up on the left. This game looks good. Should be fun. Can't wait.
